Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Just 2 Eat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Just 2 Eat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and the user has been charged.
- Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any product, only before the Order has been shipped. Cancellation of the order can be done logging on to Just 2 Eat e-commerce website (just2eat.com).
- The refund shall be available to the Customer (before the order is shipped) only in the form of redeemable points in case of Customer with Just 2 Eat account or coupon code in case of Guests.
- The redeemable points credit or coupon code will be provided to the Customer within 15 days of receiving the Cancellation of order on the e-commerce website.
- The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation and Return policy on www.just2eat.com and shall not hold Just 2 Eat liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.
- Returns after Dispatch of Products for Prepaid or COD mode of payment will not be entertained. In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the user can request for return of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product through e-commerce website. The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return:

For all returns to be considered valid by the Just 2 Eat the said return of the Products needs to be accompanied by the Invoice.
All approval of returns are subject to verification by the Just 2 Eat and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Just 2 Eat.
- In case the Customer finds quality issues after opening the package, the said grievance may be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org or a complaint lodged with the customer call at +91 8800 228 229.
- In case, the Customer opts for the return of the Product due to damage to packaging or wrong product shipped, Customer will have to ensure that the Product is returned in the condition as received. Packets once opened cannot be exchanged/returned. All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the product in case of exchange/return of order of the product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
- The Customer will be bound by this Policy and shall not hold the Company or the e-commerce website liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation or return of the order.
